I had the wonderful opportunity last month of photographing Whitney Wood who is Miss Idaho.
She needed some photos for the program to the pageant coming up and I was honored when they asked me.
She was so much fun to work with and very easy to photograph.
As you can see she is beautiful...not only on the outside but on the inside.
She was sweet and welcoming to all the little girls who were in awe of her as we walked around the park taking pictures.
Her pageant platform is "Handbags for Hope, Giving Women Confidence They Can Carry." She has done so much with this. Whitney collects gently used purses/handbags and fills them with items and goodies every woman wants in her bag, and takes them to the shelters and women’s
organizations.

In January Whitney will represent Idaho at the Miss America 2013 pageant in Las Vegas.
I wish her the best of luck and can't wait to watch the pageant!
